Default Bush learning from past mistakes?

Here is an interesting article and I actually read part of the Newsweek as well in which they reflected upon how Bush seems to of learned from some of his previous mistakes with Iraq and how he successfully implemented a new strategy.

Yes, in psychology that method is called learning by tries and mistakes. The enthity will make series of mistakes till doing the right thing, then some of mistakes will be repeated a few times- After the thing that is considered good(action of subject that brings some kind of reward(mostly food) have occured randomly few times, that particular scheme of getting rewarded will be remembered and will be applied by the animal subject later...That method is basic one and is "used"(not used as intentionaly becouse animal isn't aware of that) by the almost all species.
Humans and other apes, on the other side, use logical deduction and prior experience to think out(Important word becouse rest of animals CAN'T really think) the best way to solve the existing problem. Sure rest of animal do have brain...but there is a lack of MIND(Intelectual component of phisical brain).

Yeah man, article is very interesting- I thought for about 0.1 second that Bush is really learning...

P.S:I wrote something that I know, but Serbian is my mother thong, so I hope you'll understand what I was writting about...

Watching an animal problem solve for five minutes should erase any bias someone has about the ability of an animal to reason. My cat has cognitive abilities, and one really has to only ask themselves this question to absolve themselves of the arrogant opinion that only humans can 'think':

Why is it that many animals can understand at least the rudiments of human language, no matter what dialect, and yet humans have yet to master animal language?

I rest my case.

On topic: Bush has a bully mentality. I think that suffices to answer any questions related to his ability to learn from his mistakes.

Yes, some anymals do have languages on their own(apes, dolphines, wales, etc). Which may contain certain amount of some sort of words that alert a members of an group that the particular predator is attacking or similar...
Yes even cats can solve the problems, but as I already said by "tries and mistakes", only the ones with reason can solve it logicaly, step by step, not randomly...
And about Bushs bully mentality I'll give one and only logical explanation: When animal subject feels endangered(it doesn't mean that the subject is in real danger-example:snake bites human as it defends, not attack) the basic instinct of nature is aggression which will hide the weakneses(rational species does NOT behave like that)...
