You're right about his head-Somebody put his or friends face to look "cool" with that gun...I NOTICED THAT, but there is still someone holding THE GUN(which is real, compare the shadows and light areas).
Even the color of head doesn't match the arms... But search on google, you'll find the original one...

I never disputed the fact the gun was not real

, i know it's real, i've seen similar variations to it.

An interesting argument. However, in a few cities in the U. S., residents are allowed to carry firearms that show on their person, such as in a holster. Crime rates have plummeted in those cities.
