USA & UK : Democracy or Hypocrisy

We are constantly told that democracy and freedom are the hallmarks of a civilised country.
Countries like Usa and Uk have a big improvement in this domain .
But we will find a clair contradiction .
USA and UK are the origine of all the wares existing in this world , And we know that the British and American people do not agree with the decisions of the government of Foreign their country, and they are against this Alsiayat, These governments take wrong decisions in most cases.
So which democracy is this ?? in a country which not respected and appreciat the will of its people. ??????? or this is really the decision and will of the people applicated by the governement ..(WAR)????

UK is not a proper democracy, well not anymore anyway.

I no longer vote as all partys are the same now, whereas 20 years ago they actually meant something. We have a house of lords where all changes to law, etc, goes through and if they dont agree with it then its tough and not put forward. Great democracy yes. Back In the Days of Kinnock and Thatcher the Snatcher the 2 partys were so different with different policies, now both Labour and Conservative are more or less the same with parties only telling u what u want to hear so u vote them in.

I dont agree with most things my government do, i tend to disagree with a lot of it, not cos Im an anarchist I just thing in this day and age we need to be a bit more protective of our country !

The only thing good about UK is freedom of speech, which if we're not careful will be taken away from us too. Also the face that you can belive anything u wish in this country is also a good thing. But the fact that Child rapists only get 2 years in prison sickens me, whist someone who is working full time and pays his taxes gets threatened with jail sentence cos he pays his council tax 3 days late !! can u beleve it ? we have terroists here blowing us up and when we catch them, we put them in a £300 a night top hotel whilst we search their house l !! and who pays for that ? the tax payer, who the terroist is trying to kill !!INSANITY ISNT IT ? They could at least put them in a holiday inn or something !!

but democracy will work if its kept too strictly. With UK it is more of tailored Democracy with certian things missing....

it seem that things are complicated in this word , but lets hope that all go for better in the futur ..

Would Terrorist organisations be attacking us if it wasn't for us attacking them first?
People say that the people who kill our British Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan are monsters, but in actual fact it was us who invaded them. If you invade someone elses land, they are going to be annoyed and have a go at you.

Also isn't it convenient that "Terrorist Blasts" happen at convenient times for Govenments. Surely if they wanted to make an impact when they bombed London, they would have bombed before the IOC made their decision and before the May General Election.

Also George W Bush was at his lowest in the popularity polls before 9/11. It turned him into a great hero and gave him free reign to attack Iraq. He also said that God told him to attack Iraq.

Well I don't know what god he's praising but it isn't mine. We've got a place in Britain for people who hear voices telling them to desecrate countries and kill people. It's called Rampton Hospital for the Criminally Insane.
