What do you think countries around the world could do to stop Terrorism?



Guys as you all know how big is the problem of Terrorism in today's society. Almost every country on this earth from Asia to Europe has faced this menece once. So many innocent people being killed in the name of religion. War isnt justified either. Why cant there be peace on earth and every human on this earth live in brotherhood. Respecting each other above caste, creed and religion. After all under the skin color of the blood is red in every human.


I had to start this thread on Terrorism because it affected me how so many innocent people got killed in the recent terrorist attacks in Mumbai(India) and so many more dying around the world in the name of religion.


Please post your thoughts so people know what you think about it and you never know some politician could read your thoughts and suggest to his government.

I think Terrorism is relationed with Politic .
To stop it some countries must change his political strategies
we dont want more Wares and destruction , unfortunatly im not optimist about that .. ..

I reckon the US should use atomic bombs on whatever country that have terrorists and one big one to N. as well

Most of it was political a time ago but now it is more about religion. Al -Qaeda will always back up the muslim countries even though Al-Qaeda have killed more muslims in Irag than coalltion forces.

Al-Qeada stated that 'they will continue the war until their religion prevails" And "Western civilization will become a Islamic state, the whole world is our battlefield" and I read today they have started to attack buddishts in Southern Thailand. Basically there war is with every religion, every way of life on this planet except theirs.

This will never end as the No.2 says and I can see it boiling over one day to a War with Muslims V Civilization. People who live in civilised countries who are being attacked are now beginning to get the message as to what these terroists want and so are starting to retaliate & form groups amongst themselves.

This will never stop as the religion/believes are so different and this has all come from mixing those believes together too much. Muslims say westerners are Immoral, Dirty Living people and the westerners say muslims are Violent, Hate Preaching murderers who will never accept any way of life but their own. I live in a city where there is a lot of this mix going on and the divide is so obvious with more and more people from both sides becoming angry.

If this is just about Jihad then it wont stop ever and as Al-Qaeda said "there will be no treatys or agreements"

what makes me angry is that people in my country are walking around with banners threatening to kill all westerens and that has been allowed, but as soon as a westerner stands up against it, they are arrested and chucked in prison and called racist.

Civilization will continue and will not be beaten !

BUT MOST OF ALL HAVE FUN IN THE BEST FORUM ON THE NET !!

I think there are many factors to consider...

1. Education - Many of the leaders of these terorist groups play on the insecuritys uneducated individuals...

2. Religion - This is a key factor and many religions feel that they must convert the rest of the worl d to theier way of thinking but if anyone believes in any kind of God then surely they must realise that Human being were created with a freedom of choise and will and that multicultural societys should be embrased and not assimilated - How will the human race evolve if we all think the same way...

3. There are Evil individuals out there that will stp at nothing to cause chaos and destruction whever they go and those individuls must be targeted and held accountable for their actions...

I feel that if you could encourage better learning in many of the countrys where terroism is based the people would not so easily be conviced by these evil individuals.

Wars Gernarally are about Land or commodoties and is also a thing of the past, More modernised countrys now conduct there wars via Politics... Look at the EU they have convinced many countrys to join what they call there block and efectively each country has now become a state of the EU without a missile being fired...
