If you really want to know...MP3 can't go under 16HZ(frequency border of human hearing) as OGG can go way bellow(which results in better quality of "hearable" frequencies). At low bit-rates(128-160) OGG shows far better quality, OGG have VBR etc. If you're gettin' any of what I'm saying(writting)
