from N96 and N85 the best phone is N95 8GB
N95 8GB has dual CPU 330 MHz(best from nokia) - way better than 264 on N96
GPU and 128 RAM

i prefer also the n96, it has more storage and a bigger display...thats what i like

well..screen is way better on N85, even smaller. because you will have the same quality during middle of day or during night

soooo.... the n85 does have a gpu? but there is almost no information on it, many say it actually doesnt have it, what sort of gpu does it have?

If you want to drop money in the trash, buy N96 because N96 have 2x bigger mem. and micro sd slot so that's not important, n'est pas ?

I`ll go for N85 , it`s great and I like more the simple looks

n85 looks like the more desirable phone for me.

If the battery lasts significantly longer than a n95 then I'm having one.

@mariuskane... Are you sure the n85 has a 3d chip? I have read that it doesn't and the fact that it has a freescale processor tends to indicate that it does not. Also btw the 'dual chip' on the n95 is the omap chip. The so called second chip is the multimedia chip. N96 actually has a dual 264 mhz chip so its faster than the n95 actually

Yes, N96 is faster in work with 2D applications, but when it's comes to 3D, n95 is more like 1000MHZ compared to DUALCORE 264MHZ...
P.S: MK is right, n85 DOES have 3d accelerator
