Tricks to have free GPRS

Hi everyone!
I would like to know if there are some tricks to make gprs free! I mean some ways to change the configuration of the network to have free access to the GPRS!
I have a Nokia N82 and my location is Ivory Coast!
I really need help!!!! If you have any idea just express yourself!
