While surfing the net, i stumbled upon these pictures of nokia's future release - the n96. It looks pretty nice. What do you guys think?

First up this, if it’s actually real, looks like another stunner from the Nok. Snappy 5-megapixel snapper taped to a Carl Zeiss lens and N82-like fancy flash take care of the images whilst a monster-size screen picks up where the N95 8GB left off. The finish is from the N81 whilst the rest of the internals remain a bit of a mystery.

Nok would be fools not to have bundled the now-almost-standard 8GB of storage on board and given the deal with Navteq is all but done, we can expect GPS too. But what else? What’s the killer feature lurking beneath? Truth is we don’t know. And, it appears neither does anyone else. Despite the speculation above, Nok is keeping quite schtum about this one. We know it’s real because we were told a while back to expect a real N96 in the new year.

And now for the not-so-good-bit. Some sites are suggesting this was a planted story. That it wasn’t someone from the factory who leaked these snaps, but Nokia itself. Honestly, how churlish. They wouldn’t. Would they?

This is like a Nokia N81

ya..it looks a little TOO much like the N81, i think its the N81+some photoshop for the N96 and a few buttons

its a copy of the nokia n81

......or an upgrade.... hmm i doubt this will be nokias answer to iphone though i hope nokia will hit it with a touch screen phone this year.....

This is the saime Nokia N81

bro that jst a N81 with a N96 label on it,,,,HOWEVER there are concepts comming out of the n96 and im assuming that an N96 will be released in the comming year

There is evident jpeg artifacting in those pics' around the names and stuff.
