hi all, i have used this method darkharious hack on nokia n80, and for some reason i think iv done summat wrong, now any applications come up with the following message when i try to innstall anything,

what have i done wrong?

this is my error message (file corrupt)

ps. i cannot remove applications either , its come up with following message>" removing failed". any ideas? on how to resolve this,?

i have tried removing >>>

installserver.exe and CProfDriver_SISX.ldd

from sys> BIN

and also deleted the hack by using X -PLore

i think iv messed it up : ( please help me someone

That's because you have the wrong installserver.exe, I don't know which one you need but you probably copied the wrong one.

could you explain to me what you mean? which installer have i installed? and how do i get my phone to install programmes as normal again? i dont want to bother with no hacks anymore, i dont mind that i have to sign programmes before installing on phone,

ps. i want to avoid formatting my phone, as for some reason, the usb conenction at the bottom of the nokia n80 is curretly proving to be faulty and i cannot connect phone via usb, ( i use bluetooth for file trasfer)

Change phone date to 15-05-2007

Drakkarious Hack Compilation.

This program will install:
CapsOn
CapsOff
HelloCarbide
X-plore

*Note: If you have any of these programs installed on your mobile there is no problem continuing the installation, however, this ones have been tested, none others, so if you have any trouble during the procedure uninstall the ones you have and re-install Drakkarious.sis.

After installing please follow this procedure:
1.-Run X-plore and press "0", tick the 4 boxes (dont un-tick if ticked already)
2.-Without closing X-plore switch to the menu and run hellocarbide
3.-Inside hellocarbide press options and chose Menu1 and answer "yes".
4.-Go back to X-plore and extract installserver.exe and CProfDriver_SISX.ldd from your c:\hack.rar into c:\sys\bin
5.-Restart your phone.
6.-Install whatever you want on your phone, even if it is unsigned

Run capsOff if you wish to see private folders using X-plore and capsOn to hide them again
Note: I advice you to always hide private folders after you have completed whatever you wanted to do inside them...

i have been reading a few problems on this website, i have found one person with nearly the same problem, il paste it below

"this is the second time i have problem with hello carbide and i think the only solution is to format it.
i have copied the 3 files on the c:
installed hello carbide
x-plorer was opened and all the options were activated
run hellocarbide - pressed yes many times until it crashed
opened x-plore again and copied the exe file in c:\sys\bin
restarted the device and tried to install the rompatcher.sisx but it says "file corupted"
now i cannot install anything on the phone - N73
the private and sys files are no longer available (same as before trying to hack the device)"


all i need to do is get to C:sys/bin and delete/extract the the files i have copied there that are mentioned in the hack, i know it will be sorted once this can be done, but the problem is with not being able to access the sys files which is strange as previosuly it did allow me to access these files and everything was working until i decided to grow a brain a re try doing the "hack"

ps, you said i could try using hello carbide again, how do you mean? as currently i cannot install any software on the phone
due to the problem BUT i can access the hello carbide menu through the phone

where it allows you to choose >options> menu1,dump,patch,check,menu5,

if i need to do something with hello carbide in order to see these files id like to access then please let us know

I have n78 with firmware 30.011 and i have read that with brakkarious 3.01 i can not hack it and the only solution i think that is helloox 1.03 or newer edition or secman. could you said to me where i find certificate and key for my phone so that i can sign the helloox with the mobile signer and what should i do after i would have signed helloox ?
