I need applicaion which can improve QUALITY OF 3GP VIDEO

practically ,3gp video cant be improved , a kind of video have a low quality

t is there any kind of converter which can convert for example AVI file into a good quality 3gp?

or Xilisoft Video Converter...

Although you make the 3GP video quality better you tend to increase the file size.

if you can use mp4's i would recommend using the software called M3 its far better than the Super software, and i used to think that that couldn't be beaten
