Here's how:

1) Go [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...] and find your desired rom. Press Ctrl+f to bring up a search window.

2) After you have the number go here: [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...]
You will see all rom numbers, so choose the number-range thats right and find it (sometimes the site is a bit slow...)

3) Done... Thats simple hey!

It isnt possible to just put them over and play. You will need a DS flash card, which comes in many different packages. However, these are not officially supported by nintendo, and downloading roms is not legal (No need to care about that though, im 99% sure they wont jail you because downloading roms). A flash card I recommends warmly is CycloDS, their site is here [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...] If you buy this one, you will also have to get a transflash memorycard. These are pretty cheap by now, so if you buy it, buy at least 1gb mem. card. Besides that, its EXTREMELY easy to put over games, follow the above instructions then put them on the memory card, insert the card into the flash card, put the flash card inside the DS then boot up. Then you press the icon to the left, then you browse to the games. Its extremely easy, instead of use a program on the computer to patch it, this do it directly on the flash card. But, if you want another, google ds flash card to find more. Well, that was it. Hope you got that you need a flash card to use the guide...
