I am stuck at step 5a. My wii keeps freezing. What should i do?

This works perfect on my new Wii with 4.2U

I want to softmod another wii but this one is 3.xx the question is can I upgrade from the internet to 4.2 then run the 4.2 softmod?

So we email "simplisticmod@gmail.com" who gives us the file?

I don't have the Wad Manager!
What do i do?

I been trying another methods and they never worked for me, but if you follow this guide step by step, read everything first then you will not have any problem. I softmoded 4 nintendos wii with no problem all of them updated to 4.2U

When I get to this step:

1b] Run Trucha Bug Restorer
Choose IOS15 and press A. (Important)

There isn't an IOS15 option for me to choose. I just have IOS36. It is as if the 1a step didn't take. I have performed the 1a step 10+ times with the same result. Any ideas?
