Nokia is working on new solutions for users to remotely access company networks. The solution entails IP based Virtual Private Networks, accessible from mobile devices. All IP VPN products are to support both SSL and IP Security. Nokias’ aim is to offer one complete and secure solution for companies who need to connect their mobile workers to a corporate hub.

Among the new offerings from the wireless technology giant are four new IP VPN gateways – covering a range of sizes and capabilities – designed for enterprises, branch offices and small businesses. A Mobile VPN client provides secure access to the network from Symbian OS-based smartphone devices.
