Why G@ameloft games should not be posted on Main board?

I have seen many of you posting gameloft games on the main board of the forum and getting infractions from moderators who ask you not to post this games on the main baord..This is also included in the RULES of the forum (which no one bother to read) and also written in announcement..Many asking why they arent allowed..Many even cursing mods and admins for it

So the question is why is it so?

Q.Why the gameloft games are not allowed?

Q.Why we get infraction for posting it on main board?

Q.Why they are allowed in masterzone?

Q.Why the gameloft games are not allowed?


A. The first question is why it is not allowed.
You guys might be knowing that there is something called “Copyright Law”(Go here for more detail -> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright)..According to it we should not reproduce the things which are copyrighted. And sure gameloft games are also copyrighted..But many other companys producing games copyrights their products.Then why only gameloft games are not allowed..Its because other companys are either too small so they generally cant take any actions or is too big so they don’t bother to check if their materials are being illegally distributed..But the gameloft corporation checks the site to find if their products are illegally distributed on any site ..And they take actions against it..If they found any of their games on the site they close down it for violating the copyright law..so this is the reason why they are not allowed



Q.Why we get infraction for posting it on main board?


A. If you post a gameloft game on main board it has a risk of getting caught by the gameloft since the posts on the main board are search able by searchengines and you know what they will do..so infractions are served for posting it..



Q.Why they are allowed in masterzone?


A. Well since the contents of the master zone cannot be searched it is only accessible to the users who have permission to access it.Its not likely that a staff of gameloft will register an account ,then post 50 quality posts or donate to get access into master zone and then check for the gamelfot games..


This same rules applies for N-gage cr@cked games
