Star Wars: The Force Unleashed puts players in Dart Vader's "Secret Apprentice" position, promising to reveal new secrets about the Star Wars world. The game brings an expansive story, set throughout the unexplored period between Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope.

In development by Universomo, THQ's studio based in Finland, the mobile version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed will offer
players exclusive community features: tournaments, score uploads or downloadable content, all via the N-Gage Arena services.

"We're proud to be able to deliver the next chapter in the Star Wars saga on the N-Gage platform", said Gregg Sauter, Publishing Director, Nokia. "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Mobile game will take advantage of the N-Gage platform's robust native development environment to provide the ultimate mobile gaming experience, including powerful graphics, connectivity and community elements."

"The N-Gage platform makes it possible for us to release a rich mobile gaming experience to entertain as wide an audience as possible on N-Gage compatible devices."

"The launch of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed will be a major entertainment event in 2008, and bringing the game to the N-Gage mobile gaming platform is a big part of that because it means that millions of people around the world will be able to access the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed world right in the palm of their hand", said Howard Roffman, President of Lucas Licensing.

WOW!!! And N81 appears in the video. As I don't think this phone has 3D chip, I assume that ths game won't take advantage of these chips. Am I wrong?

You're right... OMAP2420 3d accelerator is just a show off, that's what I think.
3D accelerator in N95 + ARM11 cpu is powerful enough to run PC like games, but it's obviously becoming the "dead platform" like an old n-gage.

Well, hope it's really released on Q4 of 2008 because it's not yet available in n-gage showroom. the graphics look very good. i hope this will be a long, great, and challenging game. maybe between 30 to 50mb of memory.

Actually, I will seriously buy this game. And ill hope that binpda actually doesnt cr@-k it. Why? I want n-gage 2 to live on. For that to be possible, this game will have to sell like a dam-ed nuthouse of wingnuts!

Anyway, go Nokia! Being able to get this game to the ngage and all

Atorn is rite! we need to buy them to have them! i will buy what i like. thats why we have free to try option. i have in my phone games like poker and pets that i have never played. i will buy the next games!
