How do you install and use it?

i really find it nice

I unzip the main file.
Within it are several other zips.

The file \enu\data1.cab will not unzip. It gives the error

that the file is not standard microsoft cab format.

Am I unzipping incorrectly or is the file corrupt.

I have tried downloading from several of the sites
