Yes you can use animated themes on your motorola V3x. To use one, first find the theme you want to use, then check the link, then you must download via wap. The wap settings need to be set up already on your phone. If they are not and depending on which network you are with, you will need one of these if you are in the UK, otherwise you will need to find the settings from your network provider.
