some one help!! is there some body knows on how to reformat other types of mobile phone? like VISTA D7! i think i got a virus because i cannot used my D7! every time i turn ON my mobile phone its alwyas turn OFF and going back to ON and then OFF!! how can i solve this problem! some body help!!

some tip to solve this problem! or is there any other solution for this?
