    Advertising is not allowed, SPAM is Forbidden... I don't consider this SPAM or Advertising but Information... So long as you don't post your new forum on this forum it seems reasonable...

    Although I do Notice that Creature has a link to his Forum on His Signature and that is breaking the rules and should be removed immediatly...
