LG dishes up second Chocolate phone



LG’s got another super-sweet Chocolate phone up its sleeve, updating the delicious slider with a music-friendly scroll wheel. The second slab should debut in the US by October...

Decked out in the familiar black gloss of the original Chocolate, and toting the same red backlights, the VX8500 swaps grid lines for a control wheel, and packs a MicroSD card to hold all your tunes.

The beautiful blower also includes a 1.3-megapixel camera, and handles high speed data too.

We’re expecting it to hit American stores in October, but there’s no word on when we’ll get our sticky fingers on it.

We’re expecting more confectionary-themed handsets from LG soon – one of their reps recently let slip plans for multi-coloured mobiles in the same range, and Korea’s had a white chocolate phone for a while.
