notepad++ is best , because it supports several programming languages .

I use visual studio 2010 to edit websites, just feels cool to use.

For HTML, PHP (coding) I like SciTE Version 1.61ez4; it has a tiny foot print, can have many tabs open; suports a wide varitey of syntax.
For CSS I like TOPSTYLE v4.0

Adobe Dreamweaver professional software,can do something too much

Be zware off wisiwig coding software, it van make à lot of usuelers extra code. But of you know how to clean it, it can be much faster
