Default Tips on getting rid of acne?

So i asked people for their honest opinions, and my acne kind of went away but its still all over my face. My friends said i'd be so pretty without acne, and all my guy friends said i'd be the prettiest person in the school without it. It makes me so depressed D: And all my stress makes it worse, halp?

maybe the first thing to do is just start walking, just to start exercising without stressing your back. a good multiple vitamin is essential that has all the basics, but that is not extreme. L-carnitine is a good addition for weight loss-- about 250mg/day to start.
be sure you drink enough water. if you have a glass of warm water before each meal it will cut your appetite.
what kind of body build are you? what kinds of foods do you eat? do you have any medical issues that put you at risk for exercise programs or supplements, or that stimulate weight? are you a student? what kind of work do you do? are you in a chair at a computer a lot of the time?
