Exercise Illustration Charts
Hi
I have started a program for losing weight and have searched the net for comments and recommendations on what to do. I have a treadmill and a set of weights and a bench to start with. I have seen a lot of programs and they all seem good. I have put together the most common one and will start with those. i just have one problem, all the programs i get state what to do in words and since i am a novice in weight lifting i don’t have a clue what some of the things mentioned on them are. Can someone please post a chart that illustrates all the weight training exercises so that i can have a clue on what I should be doing.
