    Default How to gain weight

    Hey, guys.I think i have a problem for my age and weight i'm a thin boy. What i want to say is that i'm 15 and i'm 1,74 m tall but only 54-55 kilos.I tried gaining with food additives for about a month but nothin'.Hope u can tell me a few ways to gain more kilos and some training activities which i can start with

    Eat much, and eat clean. If you have trouble getting over your maintenance level, try eating some nuts (no pun intended :P). Untreated almonds is really healthy, taste awesome and best of all... They are like 650 calories per 100grams. Which is a lot. High on proteins as well.

    i have 1.83 and 65 kg; 16 years :D
    i was always this thin and i don't like it at all
    now i am going to the gym, maybe that will do it
    but you are okay IMO

    at your age you may try vitamins which are appetite boosters.but these vitamins work only if you continue using them for 2-3 mos.try it, its effective dude.

    you can go to any drugstores and buy a multivitamins which are appetite boosters. but remember to use them 2-3 mos to be effective. but you can also try weight lifting as exercise.your age fits on this stuff.of course healthy lifestyles.

    But the first one is correct; MORE EXERCISE + High caloric food[protein rich]... For most of the "veggy hippie" salad so called meals organisam will burn more energy than it will get... So skip non processed vegetables as a main course, LOL...


    The other, easier, option is NO EXERCISE + Junk food

    the best way is to train hard exercises for mass gaining and eating a lot. But you must eat a lot of quality food, eat 1 kilo of rice and 1 kilo of meat every day and you will see results in 1 month...
    btw I am 18 years old, 186cm and 98-99kilos...

    eat lot of protein food ( meat, chicken..) and regularly as body cannot store extra protein
