If u want to gain weight to do banana milk shake with honey and almonds a day --- shd help with weight gain....Exercising also helps with gaining weight...you just have to know what to do in the gym that will cause weight gain....Thats how i gained weight ...is by working out!

Yeah eating more protein specially egg yolk and beef would be better for you...
Also add fats in your daily diet..
