    Well, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I was really thin when I was your age and sometimes, there isn't much that you can do about it. Its due to your metabolism. You can eat a whole cow and still not gain any weight. Just wait. You'll grow into your body

    Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight.. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats.. Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you..Drink at least 2 glasses of milk each day. You can replace tea with a glass of milk.. Along with all these things you should also exercise regularly or practice yoga so that the overall fitness of your body is maintained..

    iam asian with 54kg and 172cm tall, i feel that im very thin, im got a good eater, any advice will be thankfull ...

    Exercise several times per week in a progressive manner with weights (go to a good gym and trainer will instruct you).
    Eat more than you need.
    Sleep for longer than you need to.
    Copy someone who has been where you are and got to where you want to be (plenty to copy at gym).
    Be patient: top rowers can only increase their mass by 4kg per 6 months, and they weigh 120 kg.
    Buzzwords: growing is called hypertrophy (there is a proven way to do this and it works for all olympic atheletes who often very skinny).

    try to drink milk with honey. it'll add weight. and eat dry nuts and fruits which is good for your bones.
