where can i buy bb5 box and cables for really cheap price?

I'm having issues with Dejan's software using the usb cable (DKE-2 cable). I changed the com port to COM2 but software says "unable to open com port". Trying to unlock 6300 locked to vodafone Australia.

Do I need a BB5 box instead as it's a new BB5 phone?
