make new document

fill the background layer with black.

Make a new layer

use the regtancular marquee tool to create a rectangle like so



use the transform tool (option t) and select warp

pull the corners in and out to create a warped 3d look





now add a stock image, I used this nice scenery that I found

place the image on top of your white shaped layer, and press option click




now the image should clip itself inside

right click on layer 1 (white warped shape) to bring up its blending options





Select the rounded rectangular tool (radius 10px)



on a new layer make a selection like so (use black are foreground color)







use the line tool (weight 1 pixel) and create a line like so use #e17ea3




duplicate the layer and make more lines to add detail

ADD SOME TEXT AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM AND YOU HAVE A SIMPLE LAYOUT CREATED, CHEERS
