Starting with document 750x750
Now make new file size 3x3 ... this will be our background...



When u finish , edit>define pattern and give it name as u wish ...
Using fill tool , fill the background with pattern...
Okay now make someting like this ....



And style params are




When u finish that , make someting like that with rounded rectangle tool ...

Now using same tool , make rounded rectangle and copy/paste it 3 times , so it looks like that ...

Now make one big rectangle , behind those 3 ... and syle it like this



Do some copy/pasting , using same blue and black styles.... and ull get smting like this



And , if u add logo there , put some reflections , add bit of text finaly that looks like this...
