Yo! this is a little tutorial on how to make a basic eye.. wich also looks pretty realistic.

1.
start off by making a new image. the only thing you need to be aware of is that you should create an image with the power of 2. i used 512x512.

Now just select the colour you would like on the eye.
select the brush-tool. set the size to around 400px and make a circle in the middle of your image

select the black color and set the brush size to 100px and draw 1 circle inside the other one

select the layer with the color
now go to FILTER > NOISE > ADD NOISE and use these settings

now go to FILTER > BLUR > RADIAL BLUR




and add these settings



6.
now go to FILTER > NOISE > ADD NOISE agian and add these settings



7.
First off all. merge the 2 layers. select the top layer. and hit ctrl+e on ur keyboard to merge em together

Now set the brush size to 100px, and brush opacity to around 70& and draw a circle on the eye. somewhere like this.. the eye can be rotaded when u have done this so it doesent really matter where you put it ^^



8.
now set brush size to around 30px and make a circle where the black and color layer



9. now you are done :P just have the eye layer selected and hit ctrl+t to rotate it.


hope this was usefull to some of you. it was done in a rush so the result may not be 100%. so just try for yourself.
