One question though. How can I install it? Shall I unzip it to a DVD first? I tried to run the setup.exe, it asked for the DVD.

same thing here, too - tried all setup-files with no result...

I burned all the files into a CD, and ran it from the CD. It works now

I had installed onto mapsource everything look fine... also transfer to SD card on nuvi 765. However, I could not see anything... been check under tools-map-info nothing show-up... please help

Thank you for the V3. I am having difficulty with the West installer, it keeps asking for Disk 1? Anyone else?

You can burn the West part as a DATA-Disk and than install it from CD.
But it is a V2 and does not work with Basecamp.
I wonder if there exist V3-versions for the West and East parts.
