Still the same, i do not run any apps just Garmin. I have checked that there are 40 MB of RAM free when Garmin runs.

Is there any reliable way to view .img format in BaseCamp or Mapsource? I've tried cgpsmapper, mapsettoolskit and gmaptool. No luck. It's China map CHS-QSI map.

Caty, Is it possible to install Garmin 5.00.30w ASN artful version on residentflash (ce6 nand flash)?
Garmin on ce6 works much slower than symbian version. and I did some test to find that faster SD card provides better drawing speed. I guess residentflash could lead to the best one.

I tried several times, and it seems impossible.

Hi need help with these problem.
I have a Palm Treo Pro with built in GPS, I install Garmin Mobile XT v5.00.20, it work ok for a couple of days, but when it start freezing on the startup screen. I delete the sw.unl and work again but locked, copy again the sw.unl file and again freezes. What could be the problem with these, can some one help me....

I dont think it's the sw.unl
try this
Tools->Settings->System->Remote GPS (or click upper-left satellite signal bar)
check if your setting is 'GPS Intermediate Driver'. If not, change it to that.

I can't, it freezes on the startup screen and if I delete the sw file that option is not available...

I share caty's opinion, It's not problem with .unl file.
As Your device is powered with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, You should have installed Garmin Mobile XT Ver. 5.00.20w

It looks that something went wrong with Your installation, so please reinstall it following instructions from this post

Ok, I wipe off the previous installation, even hard reset my treo, re-install GXT, and the same problem.... ones I copy SW file it freezes on startup screen (black screen with GARMIN on it)... Any clue...
