why cannot i add an attachment in your forum please help

Attachments are not permitted at Noeman...

If you would like to share a file with the other members of the Forum please upload the file to a 3rd Party Host like MEGAUPLOAD.COM / UPLOADING.COM. / ULTRASHARE.NET / RADIPSHARE.DE you will then receive a link from where you can retrieve the original file...

Post that Link here and Hey Presto...You posted your attachment...
