Ok so we've been talking about this a lot on Facebook recently so I thought I'd bring it here!

Thinking long hard of all the cartoons we used to watch as a kid, we had to pick our Top 5 of all time. Not an easy task!!!!!

Here are my Top 5, be funny to see what you all pick......

Aired: 1991 - 1992

Bucky is the captain of an Intergalactic spacecraft called "The Righteous Indignation" which travels through space combatting the evil of the toads lead by Komplex. With his animal friends and a human named Willy (who can travel to the craft through a portal from his room) each episode they battle against the Toads on a variety of different planets. A true classic "beat back the evil" cartoon.

Dino-Riders premiered in syndication in September 1987. This series is about the Valorians, a race who are followed to Earth's past by the evil Rulons who want to destroy them. When Krulos wasn't trying to get the S.T.E.P. to return to his time, he was trying to "brain box" stronger dinosaurs. While the Valorians were rising to meet his attacks, they had to also resolve there own interpersonal problems in between.

The inhabitants of the planet Thundera evacuate just before it is destroyed. They were pursued by a band of mutants. All but one of their escape ships was destroyed. Only a small group of Thunderans (Thundercats) remained. With only half engine power, the group, which was led by Jaga, had to set a course for the nearest planet. Jaga commanded their ship while the other 7 were in their stasis tubes. Jaga died on their journey to Third Earth and their ship crashed there. Soon they made friends with various groups in the area and they designed a fortress. Mumm-Ra the centuries-old embodiment of evil, along with the mutants that destroyed the rest of the Thunderans are a constant threat. But Lion-O, the new leader of the Thundercats, with his weapon the Sword of Omens, leads the surviving Thunderans and their new friends on a never-ending crusade again Mumm-Ra and the evil mutants. The task is made more difficult by the fact that, at will, the undead Mumm-Ra can focus external energies and because Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living, to terrorize and plague the ThunderCats. But they always manage to beat him back down, and Mumm-Ra reverts, weakened and slinking back to his Pyramid.

Basically... A group of Special Ops heros under the project named M.A.S.K. that all wear, you guessed it, masks. They ride in super hot tricked out vehicles (especially the red Camaro with the DeLorean doors that open up, enabling flight.) and saves the day from the evil organization called V.E.N.O.M.

M.A.S.K. - Mobile Armored Strike Kommand. Led by Matt Tracker, the men and women of M.A.S.K. were constantly battling the equally-equipped (i.e., tricked-out vehicles) organization V.E.N.O.M. - Viscious Evil Network Of Mayhem; led by non other than the dastardly General Mayhem.
