Depends what you want to overclock. AMD/Intel etc

It is not easy to overclock new Athlon XPs as they have multiplier lock and you cant overclock Intels by mulitplier only by FSB which is limiting.
Did you want to overclock? What is ur CPU?

Ok well if you have a P4 they get VERY hot (90-100oC+) and they cant be overclocked much unless you have a good cooling solution. They can only be FSB overclockd, that is raising the FSB more than the standard 533/800mhz as Intel has multiplier locked its CPU for years. Being in a hot country like Pak is not going to help either unless you have A/C on.
It also depends on whether you have a Northwood or Willamette CPU, I think one is better than the other due to the smaller die manufature process.
You will have to have good overclockable RAM too - pref PC3200+ as raising the FSB and having lower clocked RAM is not going to work!

Anyways [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...] is an example of overclocking the P4 2Ghz though they only managed 2.16.

Look [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...] some one overclocked to 7Ghz! Thou it only worked in the BIOS screen.

If you do a google you should find info on how to overclock your P4.
