Default problem in Noeman top Sites
Dear Admin,
There is the problem in Noeman top sites i want to upload the banner when i upload it It says Ok or profile changed But when i check again the link is also different & the pic is also Different So please Admin HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to Upload you image on a webserver or upload image site ( imageshuck and xs.to will not work )
then put the link of your banner in the [Banner URL]

Imageshak.us site will not work . you didnt read my post . upload the image in your Site .
