Hello everybody,

It has come to our attention that an ex-forum member has been sending out spam PM's(private messages).

He has done so attempting to impersonate legitimate forum members.
So far we know of these aliases used to spam our members in this way.
They are close to original forum members names, so please don't get them confused.

Anyways, we would like to know if any of you have received such messages referring to another forum called "Dreamz Unlimited". If so vote yes.
If it from another user name, reply to this thread and state that user name. We will take care of it.

Now this person has made several attempts on here to advertise that forum and has been banned accordingly. I cant tell not to go join his forum, that is your choice. I can however tell you that most of the software/s that were posted by him in the past prior to his banning had trojans, spyware and viruses hidden in the archives. If he knowingly did that we don't know, but I personally tested those files with my system to see for myself.

We hope that this hasn't caused you any inconvenience and please inform us of any future issues like this, wishing us all a better forum experience free from the spam vermin.

I have recieved a PM with the name of Venom0007 ... .I knew that he is not the same user
He was banned in the instant

Why he bothered to spam an Admin or even some moderators is beyond me. Makes me think something is seriously wrong upstairs :p

This will ensure that our members are aware of these dangerous clones which are trying to trick them...

Yup2x..Although i didn't receive any spam message, i've ever seen one.. The id is don_return (if i am not wrong)..Like u say @mtechfan, he was directing us to dreamz unlimited
But,it was about a month ago..He must be already banned
sorry for informing just now..Since i've just seen this thread today
If anyone seems to act like those above,then i will inform the admins soon ;)

I haven't actually been PMed by anyone, but I did have to red card the member Shahrukh Khan about 10 days ago for linking to another forum, and cosycat gave him a red card for asking for payment from members. Point being > his signature has got : IN ASSOCIATION WITH DREAMZ UNLIMITED CO-PRESENTED BY: DREAMZ PODCAST LABS in it.
