Hey i m new here can any 1 explain me abt Reputation

When you will post new and good topics surely the member who likes it will add reputation to you....

and if you want to know how to add then.....

you must click the arrowed button in the pic

then you will see a small box select i approve or disapprove then add comments and click add to reputation......

the thing is....
this will be a new competition for every members to gain there reputation as if they are the top if they have a higher reputation than the others, hope this would not happened... as such would only imply the superiority of the others....

I don't think that the fonction of the forum is to make concurence between its members or to gain points. The forum is a space of exchanges of ideas and knowledge between the members in the various fields.
It is my conception of the forum.
