Still dont know how its work ?.
a new register member got 10 point, same with me, @drunken_ninja, @slim_shaddy.
but there a member thats joined 1 month a go to have 21 points.

I don't understand why I must spread reputation points to other users if they are saying only "Thanks, nice job..." instead to giving them to the author who upload daily new stuff.

The reputation system has just been activated , So a default member will begin with 10 points .
It eill increase only if a member add you some reputation point .
