The eMedicine website used to offer a couple of mobipocket (.prc) ebooks available for download. Unfortunately they closed this feature before I could download them. Now thanks to Asrafee who posted this on medicalexcel and thanks to Bezbozny who guided me to Asrafee's post, I was able to grab those books.
