Are you tired of struggling to find a parking space in the city? Does it frustrate you when you’re denied the right to park your motor by just a few centimetres? Then worry no more, thanks to the BRB Evolution Folding Car Concept.

This innovative design was sent in to French manufacturer Peugeot by student designer Daniel Bailey as part of a competition, and has been grabbing the headlines over the past few weeks.

The talented 22-year-old saw the car as a way to combat pollution levels and parking problems in cities, and it certainly provides some food for thought.

Not only does the BRB look incredibly sexy in its natural state, but when you're struggling to find a parking space, the car can fold in to 50% of its original length, making even the tightest of spaces a possible place to leave your car while you go off shopping.

And Bailey has done his environmentally friendly homework as well: the car is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell and electricity. It just can't get any better than this.

The folding car is said to be a hybrid of the Peugeot 308 and the Lamborghini Murcielago, which is possibly one of the weirdest combos you'd ever expect to hear, but actually works out really well.

The only downside is that when it folds it looks a bit like a vacuum cleaner, but if you can get past that issue, this is definitely a ride you should invest in – if it ever gets made, that is. The likelihood of this happening? Not a chance, but we love it anyway
