Is there a java app for SE 176 x 220 with which we can send free sms through the internet?

yes i found a program that sends sms via internet but im not sure if it works.
it is called "cellity freeSMS"
here is the description of program: "The new way to send SMS: write messages with up to 2048 characters and send them to your friends for free (made by cellity)"
