but can you please clarify what should be improved their so we can try to fullfill the requirements..

When I said that I was thinking only to signing applications!
If somebody want to install an application he/she will have to sign the application or the 'Signing applications - MUST HAVE 25' THREAD CLOSED FOR UNDETERMINED PERIOD UNTILL WE GET FURTHER NOTICES.

There are more than 2 weeks by now and we'll be more because the symbiansigned.com is still closed.

They are telling us that they will open the signing process for developers without a publisher id soon!

This 'soon' can be another week or maybe more.

so what should i do for that...i cant open symbian signed or create cert...if i keep the thread opened it will be filled with requests and we wont be able to fullfill it..

it isnt mean that section needed to be improved...

any other point you want to bring it to our notice
