Guys I am starting this new thread for FREE Hosting websites and will update them. So keep checking!!!

**If you come across any Free Hosting site you are most welcome to post it in this thread. I have personally tested each site to make sure they are working but still if any one of them isnt working forgive me.

-Free mysql(includes phpmyadmin)
-Custom website tools for free
-Ftp access is included
-Lycos does support forums and phpportals like invisionboard or phpBB but the ad's mess up the admin panel makin it hard to work through admin panel.
