Partition Magic doesn't work in windows vista.If you have a faulty partition table(MBR) then you can repair it by using Partition Table Doctor or any other program.You can use Acronis Disk Director Suit to edit paritions.
Partition Table Doctor:
Partition Recovery Software. Recover deleted or lost partition. Partition Repair, Undelete Tool.
