1)Download and install
Download Uxtheme Multi-patcher 5.5 - Uxtheme Multi-patcher - A patch that will change your uxtheme.dll on Windows XP - Softpedia
2)Download

I like the first one.(This is the theme you are using)
3)Double click on the .msstyle file and apply the style.
