Sorry, didn't notice your thread.

I like to ride my Mountain Bike for excercise, Offroad preferably. I like to do a minimum of around 15 miles when I go out, but always try for around 20.

I attached a picture of my bike for those in the know, only thing that has changed are the pedals, it now has Egg-Beaters on (for clip shoes) not flat pedals.
