EDIT : New Version (v0.2) out with new features

- modification of the option "-a" now it's a resolution scale (-a 1 = normal size, -a 2 = doubble,-a 3 = triple, ...)
- add two option to specify width and height of the window (for example a 960x544 resolution (double size) : "remotejoy.exe -w 960 -h 544")
- limitation to a 16b depth for the speed
- add the possibility to toggle an antialiasing (look nicer but very very slower)(during the program F6 = Toggle Antialiasing or by the option -b in the command line)
