Sony Ericsson has just recently filed a patent on a haptic touch screen gaming device. The patent goes by the name "Orientation based multiple mode mechanically vibrated touchscreen display", and among a set of nice designs, it shows a very PSP-like concept. But, not only does it look like a PSP device, the patent also states that the PSP mode is "set out to mimic the look and feel of the popular Sony.TM. Playstation Portable (PSP.TM.) gaming device", as well as about 5 other mentionings of the PSP brand. Interesting!!
Furthermore, with an accelerometer built-in, the phone concept will automatically adapt the content on the full touch screen to whatever way you're holding the phone and to what application / feature you're using. When pressing any buttons on the screen, the phone will vibrate to give a feel of touch. A feature like this was added in the new K850 firmware and it did wonders for me.
